* MGH withheld Medical records for 1 year

Surgeon’s notes about my “fallen facelift” and when I first made this complaint. Phone bill shows record of my call the day after I was discharged. These written notes by Dr. Schneider evidently were too incriminating, so they OMITTED them from 5 copies of my medical records. I finally received them in a plain white envelope after filing a complaint with JACHO.
